Based on the availability of CVS Pharmacy locations and subject to applicable laws and regulations, in-store pick up is not available in Oklahoma. Some states require first fill prescriptions to be transmitted directly to the dispensing specialty pharmacy. Other restrictions may apply.
I understand pharmacy policy prohibits the return and restocking of medications, which means such products will not be accepted for return or exchange by a pharmacist or pharmacy after they have been sold, distributed or dispensed. CVS Specialty delivers products according to the prescription from your doctor. We can’t issue credit for excess medications or unused products resulting from a prescription change after delivery. It is important that we have the most up-to-date information on your prescriptions, as well as the supplies you have on-hand.
